Volkswagen Touran MPV
Review
Volkswagen was among the last of the major manufacturers to deliver a compact MPV and the result, the Touran, is a vehicle that bears all the hallmarks of traditional VW quality and engineering. Built on the same platform as the new generation Golf, it is functional to look at rather than stylish, both inside and out. With seven seats (five seat versions were deleted after launch), the extra two folding neatly out of sight when not needed, it offers more flexibility than some market rivals, but at a generally higher price.
