Exclusive review of the new Bentley Continental GT
The new Bentley Continental GT is set for release in 2011 and a special internet viewing has been organised for next week. However, before this official release Central Contracts is pleased to bring you an exclusive review of the new model.
The new Continental GT has been stunningly designed and significant improvements have been made on the innovative and elegant 2003 model.
The interiors are pure luxury offering the class and modern features that drivers have come to expect from high-spec vehicles. It also has immense levels of handling due to its four wheel drive system and adjustable air suspension.
Dirk van Braeckel, Bentley’s Design Director, said, “In 2003 we designed a car like no other – a striking, luxury GT coupe combining the craftsmanship and refinement Bentley is renowned for with a purposeful, sporting road presence. Now we’ve taken the opportunity to write a new chapter for the Continental.
The styling and design story in 2010 is just as dramatic and we believe this Bentley GT will be as instantly recognisable as its predecessor.”
Although the model sounds amazing, it may take a test drive for drivers to really appreciate this high performance vehicle – its 6.0-litre twin-turbo W12 engine can only be fully appreciated and experienced by taking it out for a spin.
However the car is not just a high-octane sports car as it has comfort levels and enough room to meet the needs of the driver, passengers and even children and luggage.
The Continental GT will be revealed as part of an internet showcase that will have online pictures and videos of the new model. The internet event will begin at 3pm on Tuesday the 7th of September, at which time the model can be viewed at the Bentley website.
Commenting on the unveiling Mr Braeckel said, “We look forward to the moment the cameras are switched on and sharing the new Continental GT with enthusiasts across the world.”
