Leasing figures indicate that Mazda3 is the most popular company car model

The Japanese car manufacturer, Mazda, has recently revealed that its Mazda3 has become a market leader for the competitive company car leasing market.

A representative from Mazda has suggested that these increased leasing figures may be due to Mazda’s award-winning designs and their high-level specification, that out-perform rival vehicles of the same class.

Peter Allibon, remarketing director for Mazda UK, said, “We are winning significant conquest business with Mazda3 as company’s switch from other brands.”

Study reveals that your car is a good indicator of your age

A new study has revealed that the car that people drive is a good indicator of their age, as Mitsubishi, Mazda and Volkswagen are most popular with car users from 18 to 34 years old.

The study by TrueCar, a car research company, was based on sales data for 2009 and compared age with all the major car brands.

So perhaps you may be driving a car above your age range and you might need to rethink your choice.

YeZ CO2 consuming car set to inspire future leasing vehicles

The YeZ, from General Motors and Volkswagen, is a revolutionary vehicle that is able to consume CO2 from the atmosphere and then generate oxygen.

BMW Concept Gran Coupe to be released as Turn 6 Series Gran Coupe

BMW Concept Gran Coupe 5510There have been unconfirmed reports that the BMW Concept Gran Coupe, that was unveiled at this year’s Beijing auto show, will be modified and then turned into the future 6 Series Gran Coupe.

According to a BMW website, the same platform as the Concept Gran Coupe will be used for the future 6 Gran Coupe and there have even been reports that the design has already been approved for production by the BMW offices.

At present the car has an eight cylinder engine, as well as an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
