Hybrid competition promotes use of low-carbon vehicles

Dionne Soto, a senior at Florida State University, has recently developed a hybrid race car and won the Formula Hybrid International Challenge. With just $12,000 in funding, Dionne Soto and his 8 man team set out to design their eco-vehicle
